The North Berks Football League was divided into 4 areas;
Abingdon (Radley, Abingdon, Cumnor, Drayton and Sunningwell);
Wantage (Childrey, Ardington, Wantage Town, Wantage Atletic and Letcombe);
Wallingford (Sutton Courtenay, Wallingford, Brightwell, Long Wittenham,
Didcot St. Peters and Milton Hill);
Faringdon (Faringdon Albion, Faringdon Town, Shrivenham, Buscot and Stanford
in the Vale)
The 4 league winners in that 1st season were Radley, Childrey, Long
Wittenham and Shrivenham. who played off for the title.
